By purchasing our products or services, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions. To order, please provide us with the name/details of the wallpaper you would like, along with the dimensions and any additional requirements.
Once we receive your order, we will send you a proof image and a quote via email or WhatsApp, containing the total cost of goods and services. We aim to respond to all orders within 2-4 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
We accept several payment methods, including Credit or Debit Card, wallets, net banking, and UPI. You have the right to cancel a product or service within 2 hours of payment, provided that the services agreed within the contract have not yet begun. However, we do not offer refunds on customised products or designs.
If there are any apparent defects in our products or services, caused by wallcastle, we will replace them. We will make every effort to deliver orders and services in a timely manner, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or errors made by third-party courier or postal services. The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
The product should be inspected prior to installation. Any defects should be reported to wallcastle prior to installation. Claims cannot be made after the product has been used or installed. We are not responsible for impacts due to seepage on the wall, use of chemicals on wallpaper, or any external damage.
Minor variations in color may occur between prints, and we can only offer replacements when the variations are visibly noticeable. Variations of colors may occur between on-screen proof and physical product. We cannot be held responsible for discrepancies between monitor settings. If color matching is essential, we recommend and offer a printed sample before purchase to ensure colors are acceptable. Claims for color variations cannot be made unless a printed sample has been requested and approved.
